The Smithfield - Luton Airport

Had a really good experience here thanks to Leonel. From the moment we arrived, he was welcoming, professional, and genuinely friendly. He checked in at just the right times, was attentive without being over the top, and made everything run smoothly. It’s not often you come across service like that in an airport setting, but Leonel really stood out and made the stop feel a lot more enjoyable. Food was decent too!

Quickly served and tasty food. Swathi (one of the attending ladies) was very sweet, gave me the window table just next the flight board so I don't get late for my flight. Will come back

It was busy for a reason. Friendly staff who took my allergies seriously. I had the American pancakes and they were stunning. A lot bigger than what I was expecting too. A good meal and reasonably priced.

I recently visited this place and was lucky to be seated at a window table, which made the experience even nicer. We ordered two burgers and a rack of ribs. The ribs were fantastic – tender and full of flavor, especially with the buffalo sauce. The burgers, however, were a bit of a letdown as the buns weren’t very fresh and felt slightly hard. Still, the overall food quality was good, even if not the best. Drinks were on the expensive side, but that’s to be expected given the airport location. Service was around a 3.5/5. We were seated and served quickly, which was great, but you do have to go to the bar to order food and drinks, which can be a bit inconvenient. Overall, it’s a decent spot with good ribs and a nice atmosphere if you’re at the airport.

Don't believe the negative reviews. It's a nice place with friendly and helpful staff. The food came quickly enough and was hot and well cooked and prepared. Can't complain at all. It's not the cheapest, but what do you expect at an airport Main thing is that it was good quality, hot and the atmosphere wasn't rushed. Thank you.

We had a lovely meal for 3 here this evening and were excellently accommodated by Lakshmi. She and all staff were very helpful, friendly & efficient. The food came out very promptly and at a high standard. Would definitely recommend.
